Downloading Quotes over SMS
Under the “Click to Read” menu, you will find a selection of quotes to choose from. Select from:
- Daily quotes
- Philosophical quotes
- Inspirational quotes
On-Demand Quotes
You can also search for quotes by names of famous people.
To download quotes of famous people, you will first need to search out a ‘specific” short code. Use the “Search Codes” menu to find out this code. Click on “Search Codes”
- To search for codes for most popular quotes, click on “List Top Codes”
- To search for codes by keywords, click on “Keyword”
How to Search
Let’s say you want to find out quotes of “TAGORE”. Here’s how:
- Step 1: Go into the airtel menu
- Step 2: Select “Entertainment”
- Step 3: Click on “Quotes”
- Step 4: Select “Click to Read”
- Step 5: Select “Search Codes”
- Step 6: Select “Keyword search” and type in TAGORE (or your desired person's name)
You will soon receive a SMS with the specific short code.
You then need to go back to the “On Demand” option and enter this code. The quote of your choice will be shortly downloaded
