To view your bills follow the steps below

• Enter mobile number and password
• Select preferred month to view bill statement for that month

E-Bill - Receive your monthly bill through email

For Registration type “ reg” and send to 8245 (8BIL). You will receive your password through SMS.
To receive your bills through email follow the steps below

• Log in to http://bill.robi.com.bd
• Enter mobile number and password
• Click on the “Ebill Registration” button and enter up to 2 email addresses
• Confirm by clicking the “Register in Ebill Service” button

SMS - Send SMS to 8PST (8778) and receive the detail for FREE

• Go to message option of your handset
• Type “bil”, ubl”, or “bal” and send to 8PST (8778)

Note :
Bil – the amount of your last bill
Ubl – your updated usage amount after your last bill;
Bal – the difference between your total billed amount and paid amount.
