Buy a scratch card of any denomination, gently scratch to reveal the 16 digit code and enter it by:

Visit any Airtel retail point or designated outlet; pay the recharge amount to the reseller, upon successful recharge you will receive an SMS notification informing you of your new recharge amount.

Postpaid Bill Payment via Scratch Card

You will receive a monthly bill at the end of each billing cycle.The monthly bill contains a summary of usage and payments made before the billing cycle.

You can pay your bills via Ezee load from any designated outlets or via scratch card through your Airtel Menu under ‘my stuff’ in ‘payment options’. You can also pay your bills by cash or credit card at any Airtel Care.

P2P Balance Transfer

You can now enjoy P2P prepaid balance transfer. If you are a prepaid subscriber with any of the following four packages, you are eligible for balance transfer:

1. adda
2. golpo
3. kotha

How to Register for Balance Transfer

To register for “Balance Transfer”, simply type “Reg” in a new message and send SMS to short code 1000. On reply you will receive a 4-digit PIN number by return message, need to save this number for future reference and use.

Transfer Balance

  • Go to your message option from handset and select new message
  • Type “Btr”, leave a blank space, then enter the PIN number, leave a blank space, enter the recipient’s Airtel pre-paid number followed by an empty space and finally the amount of money to be transferred (For e.g. ,“Btr_XXXX_016XXXXXXX).
  • Send SMS to short code 1000.
  • In return message, both you and your receiver will get confirmation messages along with their respective balance amounts.

Conditions

  1. you can transfer BDT. 10 to 100 (without fraction) to any Airtel numbers at single transaction
  2. Monthly maximum BDT. 1,000 can be transferred or received by each subscriber
  3. One month old SIM can transfer balance by this service
  4. Subscribers need to have at least BDT. 5 available in his/her account after transfer.
  5. Only active subscribers can transfer balance from this account.
  6. Active, de-Active, expired Subscribers can receive balance.
  7. Validity of receiver account will be 3 days validity, if receiver is a de-active or expired subscriber.
  8. Subscriber can’t transfer balance to his/her own number.
  9. Subscriber can stop the service by sending “Unreg” to 1000. BDT. 2+VAT is applicable.
  10. For pin change Subscriber need to send PCold pinnew pin to 1000. BDT. 2+VAT is applicable.
  11. If Subscribers forget pin, then he needs to unregister & reregister for this service.
  12. None of the keywords are case sensitive.

What is e bill?
Electronic Billing (E-Bill) is a service, which enables you to receive your monthly airtel bills over your subscribed email address. Once registered for the service, you will be notified by e-mail each time a new statement is issued

All postpaid customers are eligible for this service

  • To get FREE outgoing itemized bill on email.
  • Less hassle and On time bill delivery

How to subscribe?

E-Bill is very easy to use! It takes just a few simple steps to sign up To activate this service, send your request through your web profile on My Account Or type your <> space OG (for only outgoing requirement) or OG&IC (for Outgoing & Incoming requirement) and send SMS to 9244.This SMS service is free of cost.

Will any fee impose for e bill?
No, E-bill is free of cost. SMS through 9244 is also free of charge


How long will it take to subscribe for e bill?
The E-bill will be sent on the next bill cycle from the request date

When will subscribers receive e bill?
All eligible E-bill subscribers will receive e bill within 72 hours after bill cycle completion

Will subscriber receive Itemized bill (who have activated every month itemized bill service)?
Customer will get free outgoing itemize bill and for both outgoing and incoming call detail will be charged only BDT 50
