Applicable for all Postpaid customers (Corporate and Individual only) To register for prepaid service in postpaid number: Dial *140*4*6# or SMS Reg to 8558 (charge: TK 2 + VAT) This prepaid a/c can be used for outgoing voice calls only. For making local calls using prepaid a/c, customer need to add *8 before dialing number (example: *8018XXXXXXXX, *8017XXXXXXXX, *802XXXXXXX) For making IDD calls using prepaid a/c, only use 00 (instead of “+”) (example: for calls to India, dial *80091XXXXXXXXX) For international calls, international call charge and pulse applicable Customer can make calls using prepaid a/c, even if his/her postpaid a/c is temporarily barred for crossing credit limit. The calls without *8 will be treated as normal postpaid calls and will be charged from postpaid account Postpaid tariff plan and services will remain unchanged If postpaid a/c is permanently deactivated (PD), then prepaid a/c will not be accessible During International roaming, prepaid a/c can not be accessible Prepaid a/c recharge Method : a.
