Offer: Robi Prepaid Shasroyee plan customers can enjoy emergency balance service to continue his/her call even after finished his/her main account balance.
Offer Details:
- Only Shasroyee plan customers can avail this offer
- When the balance will be finished, customers will be able to talk for Tk.5 worth talk time.
- Customer need to sign-up for this offer
- To sign-up for emergency balance, customer need to dial *8444#2# (Charge: TK.2, incl. VAT)
- To check emergency balance (credit-query), dial *8444# (free)
- Emergency balance can be used for: any local number [both Robi & other operator numbers]
- Used emergency balance will be adjusted with immediate next recharge.
- Customer who migrates from Shasroyee, will not be able to sign up / unable to use remained emergency balance limit further but used balance will be adjusted while next recharge.
- When any previous signed up customers migrate again from other packages to Shasroyee, will be eligible automatically (means no need to sign up again). Also able to use remain Emergency balance, if any.
- Multiple sign up will not be allowed (say, if any customer signed up for the service, will not be allowed to sign up again).
